About Laurisa

Laurisa is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience guiding people toward greater clarity, resilience, and inner calm. With a deep love for movement, nature, and the transformative power of breath, she creates a space where mindfulness meets real life—accessible, grounding, and infused with a bit of magic.

 

Her own journey of healing through these practices has shaped her teaching, making her approach both deeply intuitive and refreshingly down-to-earth. Whether she’s leading a breathwork session, guiding a soulful yoga flow, or reminding you (gently) that you’re stronger than you think, Laurisa’s classes offer a balance of strength, softness, and humor—because growth doesn’t have to be so serious.

 

When she’s not teaching, you can find her in the ocean, the forest, or plotting new ways to convince people that cold plunges are actually a good idea.
