About Laurisa

I'm Laurisa- a nervous system educator, breathwork guide, and yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience holding space for deep transformation.

I help people regulate, re-wild, and rise - through breath, movement, mindset, and nature-rooted rituals that peel back the layers of stress, self doubt, and noise. My work weaves together trauma - informed practices, yoga, nervous system science, and the kind of raw, embodied wisdom you can only learn by living it.

I've spent my life listening - to the wind while sailing through storms, living off-grid in tune with the land, learned stillness in the face of heartbreak, and healed by getting close to the earth - gardening, climbing mountains, surfing waves, breathing, letting life teach me. What I share isn't theory, it's medicine I've lived.

Whether you're here to calm your anxiety, soften your inner critic, or step into your fully realized self, I'm here to walk with you - no fluff, no pretenses.  Just real, rooted soul-deep healing.
